As leaders, we’ve learned to flex our ability to “pivot” and likely will do so again, and again as we begin to shift and move into a new tomorrow. How has ministry changed? How has it stayed the same? And what can we do today to prepare for a better tomorrow? The initial scramble of reactive leadership and ministry strategy has now subsided, and we have the opportunity to forge a better way than even the one we left behind with proactive leadership, strategy, and intentional planning.

Erin English grew up in the Methodist Church and has served in kids and family ministries for more than 18 years. She comes with vast experience in ministry leadership, family and volunteer engagement, staff alignment, and designing an intentional and relational discipleship strategy. As a member of the Effective Ministry Team at Generis, Erin is an expert in equipping the local church to create and sustain healthy and growing kids and family ministries that support the church vision, mission, and strategy.
