Game Changing Leadership: Tools to be More Effective as a Pastor with Your Church Budget and Finance Committee

Tools to be More Effective as a Pastor with Your Church Budget and Finance Committee • August 2022 (Online Workshop)

  •  “Sometimes I feel intimidated by my Finance Team, because I’m not gifted at finances or making a budget.”
  • “Sometimes I feel like me and my Finance Team see things completely differently. I don’t know how to get us both on the same page.”
  • “I know how to do ministry, but I don’t know how to build budgets or work with church finances. How do I translate my passion for ministry into something my Finance Team can better understand and get excited about?”

These are just a few of the comments and questions pastors have expressed about being part of Finance Teams. Maybe you can resonate with some or all of them! During this webinar, Chris will help us understand better ways to communicate our vision for ministry that take into account and work with our Finance Team’s desire to account for and manage church finances. Chris’ hope is that you can use some of the ideas presented to improve your effectiveness and unity with your Finance Team as you all move together towards the God-inspired vision for your church.
