Advancing Our Ministry of Generosity
The Alabama-West Florida United Methodist Foundation’s Grant Program exists to advance our mission of generosity by equipping historically Wesleyan churches and organizations to grow in generosity and strengthen their service to Christ. It is our intention that each grant serve as a catalyst for meaningful development and long-term impact within every recipient’s ministry.
Each year, a portion of the Foundation’s budget goes to supporting our grant program. Through education, consulting, and financial assistance, our goal has always been to foster generosity as a way of life and ensure that the work of the Church continues to flourish for generations to come. We pray this grant program will continue to serve in such a manner.
We invite you to review the application on our website and prayerfully consider submitting a proposal on behalf of your church/organization. The application outlines the criteria, requirements, and instructions for submission. We encourage you to seek God’s guidance as you determine how your ministry might benefit from this support.
Grant application window for 2026: August 1st – October 31st
Awards: November – January
Grant application window for 2027: January 1st – March 30th
Awards: April – June
The Foundation reserves the right to adjust or suspend grant awards depending on fund availability.
